Jim O’Brien

As owner of Coastal Brokerage and Investments, Jim brings over 15 years of experience as a real estate professional with substantial experience in the multiple disciplines of the industry. Jim credits much of his diligence and professional success to his extensive training as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. He is primarily involved in land sales and development in Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Hernando Counties.

He is adept at planning, designing, and managing the comprehensive processes from market analysis, site selection, and acquisition to LOI and contract negotiation – including all due diligence – and all subsequent germane activities including permitting, zoning, entitlement, title issues, and easements through horizontal infrastructure. Jim is a driven and highly effective leader and team builder with proven ability at every level from small free standing building projects to the concurrent management of large corporate multi-million dollar developments. He has the consistent ability to provide proven results in high pressure contract negotiations and bring complex, long term, time sensitive projects involving significant financial risk/gain to fruition.

Tami Woster

Tami Woster is a passionate and market-savvy professional with superior negotiating skills that set her apart. Bringing over 10 years of medical industry sales experience to the Commercial Real Estate market of Tampa Bay, Tami has established a valuable reputation through superior service, and strong client relationships.

Tami brings the highest level of integrity to each transaction, viewing her clients as a partner, and customizing services to ensure that the client’s objectives and best interests are met with the utmost satisfaction. Her attention to detail has led to many successful long-term relationships.

Chris Schneider

Graduate of University of Illinois at Chicago, Christine has over 15 years of real estate experience in the Tampa Bay Area. After receiving her Broker License, she opened two other real estate firms before choosing to focus on commercial sales. Now working with a team of experts, she has the ability to accomplish a wide variety of commercial investment opportunities.

Self-motivated, creative, and industrious, Christine is focused on commercial sales, investments, land acquisition, and developer representation.
